Terms and Conditions

Scope
The general terms and conditions are written in German and are available in German. By registering, logging in, or ordering services or goods, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Registration for the workshop

Registration can be made by email or directly via my contact form. Registration is binding upon receipt of the confirmation email. Course places will be allocated in the order of payment.

After receiving the registration confirmation, a deposit of EUR 100 is due.

Payment of the deposit/participation fee is to be made by bank transfer to the specified account. The account number and bank code will be sent with the registration confirmation. Cash payment at the course is possible upon request.

Withdrawal and cancellation:

Cancellation of a course must be made in writing.

Depending on the time of cancellation, different cancellation fees will apply, which are listed below.

  • If you cancel in writing up to 3 weeks before the start of the course, there will be no cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel up to one week before the start of the course, 50% of the total course fee will be forfeited.

  • If you cancel within the last week before the course starts, the entire course fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

However, refundable course fees can be transferred to another course, or the participant can name a substitute participant, or be issued a voucher for the value of the course.

Cancellation by the organizer:

The course instructor may withdraw from the contract if it becomes apparent approximately 5 days before the start of the booked course that too few registrations have been received.

Should compelling reasons on the part of the organizer or course instructor necessitate a change to the course conditions, such as a change in the time or even the cancellation of the entire event, we will inform participants immediately. In the event of a course cancellation, any fees already paid will, of course, be refunded in full or, if desired, credited towards other courses. We hereby exclude any further claims.

Liability
Participation in the workshops is at your own risk. Participants agree to observe the rules communicated at the beginning of the workshop. Participants are liable for any damage they cause. The studio or the workshop organizer assumes no liability for (consequential) health damage, particularly those caused by the tools used in the workshops. Furthermore, liability for damage to or loss of clothing and/or other personal belongings is only assumed if the damage is due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the instructor.
